- Developer docs moved from `grout.app/docs` to **`grout.app/developer`**. Old URLs redirect (301), including `llms.txt`, `AGENTS.md`, `SKILLS.md` and per-page markdown.

**Institution API v1 released.**

- `/v1` public API: institution, students, faculty, groups, licenses and devices, SSO launch tokens, exams (including GroutCode `code_spec`, file uploads and hidden-test key custody), submissions, grading, proctoring events, coupons, merits, guardians, Alpha Learning, webhooks and events.
- Portal: **Developers** area for institution admins (invite developers, API keys with scopes and rate limits, webhook endpoints, delivery log with replay) and a **Developer** dashboard for invited engineers.
- Webhooks: HMAC-signed deliveries (`X-Grout-Signature`), six-attempt retry schedule, auto-disable, replay, secret rotation with a 24-hour grace window.
- `POST /api/sso/exchange` for desktop apps to redeem launch tokens.
- Docs at grout.app/developer with `llms.txt`, per-page markdown, `AGENTS.md` and `SKILLS.md`.

**Pending in the desktop apps:** GroutApp and GroutCode deep-link handling for `…://sso?lt=` launch tokens ships in their next releases.
