Digital Product Delivery
Grout is primarily a digital service offering software applications and digital tools for education. Most of our products are delivered electronically through our website and applications. For digital products:
- Access is provided immediately upon successful payment
- No physical shipping is involved for our software and digital tools
- Downloads are available through your account dashboard
Educational Materials
For physical educational materials and branded merchandise:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within India
- Express shipping options are available at checkout for 2-3 day delivery
- International shipping is available to select countries and typically takes 10-15 business days
Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers for our shipments:
- Within India: BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post
- International: DHL, FedEx, and UPS
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Weight of the package
- Destination address
- Shipping method selected
The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is processed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order:
- Through your Grout account under "Order History"
- By clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- By contacting our customer support team
Indian Shipping Regulations
For customers in India, we comply with all applicable shipping and e-commerce regulations including:
- The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011
- Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
- Customs and import regulations for international shipments
All applicable taxes and customs duties for deliveries in India are calculated at checkout.
