4. Educational Use

Grout is designed for educational purposes. You agree to use our AI tools responsibly and in accordance with your educational institution's academic integrity policies.

We do not condone the use of our tools for cheating, plagiarism, or any other violation of academic integrity standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Grout App, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
